When Heidi Wirtz and I founded Girls Education International in 2016, we did so to support young girls like these and help them grow and thrive in Pakistan. Our goal was to empower them within their culture to have healthier, wealthier and more fulfilling lives. Not only were we able to support these students pictured above with transportation and chaperone costs so they could get to school, but we were also able to support their very first class outing to Katasraj Temple, a Hindu temple complex situated in Katas village near Choa Saidanshah in the Chakwal district of Punjab in Pakistan.
